Synthotech and ALH Systems in collaboration with Northern Gas Networks held the Stage 1 Stakeholder demonstration for the NIA funded Project STASS.
The demonstration was to show the development of the process TRL6 (Technology Readiness Level 6) on a no gas simulated site.
The demonstration was a chance for the NGN project team, policy and operations to see and get hands on all parts of the system (Robot, Launch Method, and Spraying of a Joint). The demonstration also covered the use the Synthotrax and Titan Pan and Tilt Systems which will be used in support of the next stage of the trial to identify suitable trial sites on the NGN network.
