Synthotech, as part of the Heath Morgan Group (HMG) have announced two new appointments as part of the launch of its sister company Outlook Technology Limited.
HMG appoint Martin Allinson as Chairman – Martin brings a wealth of experience having been involved in companies both large and small; he has extensive experience in financial and professional services, franchising, exporting and serving the needs of utility companies.
Synthotech appoint Chris Tate as Commercial Director – Chris is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in Manufacturing, Telecoms & Networking and Data Analysis. He brings significant professional management qualities.
Previous Chairman Mark Tindley moves to Managing Director and David Morgan becomes Executive Director of the Group.
