Last week, we had the opportunity to collaborate with our friends at Steve Vick International to demonstrate the GSR PE Cut Off system at Cadent Gas Limited’s training centre in Hollinwood.
By combining Synthotech’s precision stopper technology and Steve Vick International Ltd‘s industry sealant knowledge, we’re able to provide even more effective, sustainable solutions that benefit the entire sector.
Attendees from all major gas networks, Cadent Gas Limited, GTC, Northern Gas Networks, SGN and Wales & West Utilities joined Synthotch and Steve Vick for a hands-on session showcasing how our technology provides a safe, efficient, and permanent solution for isolating PE services.
The GSR PE Cut Off System works by installing a Synthotech stopper as close to the main as possible, effectively isolating the service. This is then reinforced using Steve Vick International’s Foampack system to fully fill the required length which is either 2.5m or 4m, depending on the length of service.
