Product Training
Synthotech’s Technical Support Engineers offer a wide range of training on our products. Our success can be seen through the implementation and use of our equipment and the success of use is down to the quality of the training from our experts.

Our trainers have a wealth of experience in engineering and utilities with up to 30 years of operational experience. We are able to carry out training at our Milner Court campus in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, at our STaRs test and research site in Melmerby, North Yorkshire, or at our customer’s offices or operational sites. Our training packages blend the academic must have knowledge of the equipment with the hands-on practical experience of using the equipment in real-life situations.
We have a training course for each of our products that generally ranges from 2 hours to 8 hours depending on the product complexity and involvement. Some robotic courses may require follow-up support on-site.
Each training course reviews the introduction, benefits and background to the equipment. The product training also demonstrates when and where the equipment should be used and which parts of the equipment should be used. This is followed by a review of any site-specific preparational requirements of the equipment itself. There is always a trainer-led demonstration followed by practical sessions and a final assessment to provide evidence of learning.
All of our courses’ attendees are provided with their own manufacturer’s operational instruction booklet with a wealth of information and a copy of the training program content.
Our courses regularly achieve 100% customer satisfaction for the detail and knowledgeability of the trainers.
Where companies would like to take their training on-board internally, we are happy to support with train the trainer packages customised to their network needs and requirements.
We issue certificates of attendance to everyone who passes one of our courses, and their name and EUSR numbers are recorded on our database for any future reference.
We also provide refresher courses after two to three years so that everyone can remain up to date with the latest information and changes that occur with both our products and industry best practices.
