Getting ready for Hydrogen

Synthotech has long been an active supporter of the green initiative having been ISO14001 certified since 2008 and carbon neutral since 2011. As part of our Net Zero journey and as a advocate of the Gas Industry Energy Transition, we are working with UK and International Gas companies to provide a robust and reliable infrastructure for an alternative future network. Our goal is to provide the utilities industry with a range of survey, construction and maintenance products that will help them to work efficiently and safely.

We are currently working with the industry to develop the stringent specifications, policies and operational requirements for the building and maintenance of a more involved Hydrogen network. Our SynthoCAM-4 system has been designed with these new specifications in mind, with a view to future proofing our products and thus the effective running of the networks.

We recently successfully completed our Hydrogen testing on our WExTech range of products for live water extraction from gas services and mains. Over the next couple of years you can rest assure that Synthotech will be Hydrogen ready when the networks need us to be.
