Combination Service Test Tee Heads
Used for the testing of small diameter low pressure PE pipes, these have been designed and developed t reduce time and material cost when testing either short lengths or complete coils of polyethylene pipes. The 20mm size is suitable for use with Serviflex® pipe and 17.5mm.
Available in 16mm to 32mm combinations the robust design doesn’t require any special tooling using hand tight knurled wheels to give a gas tight seal formed using hydrocarbon resistant o-rings.
Service (Short) Test Head
The Service Test Head has been designed for testing a service from the emergency control valve (ECV). Supplied with a ¾” BS746 spin plate for quick connection onto any standard ¾” and 1” emergency control valves. Supplied with a hose nipple and a valved hose nipple the Service Test Head provides a reliable and robust service testing tool.
Service (Short) Test Head Medium Pressure
The medium pressure Service (Short) Test Head has a ¾” BSP connection for screwing directly onto medium pressure service valves, and connection of medium pressure digital manometers. A simple, but time saving test head body for commissioning and testing medium pressure services.
Top Tee Test Head
The Top Tee Test Head simply screws onto any Kimplas / Radius System Top Tee to allow a pressure test to be carried out for commissioning of the top tee and the service. Available in two sizes: 32mm or 63mm. Simple to use, robust to last.
Test Ends
The Synthotech range of Pressure Test Ends are used as a quick, simple and reliable method of providing a pressure testing facility in a plastic pipe without the need for additional fusion or mechanical fittings. Available from 16mm to 500mm, SDR11 and 17.6.
